The
fastest way to facilitate changing your body is to create a positive
attitude towards the changes you will be making in your lifestyle.
Do not begrudge the changes, instead love these changes, for you
will love your body and to love your body is to love your life! Go
for it and smile!
It isn't the big and difficult steps that make those changes happen,
its what I call the "100 less and 5 more" rule. Simply try to eat
100 less calories per meal and while weight training, when you think
you cannot perform another repetition, try for five more! (But,
please make sure to keep correct form!)
