DEBRA DEVINCENZI

Debra was born and raised in Sonoma County and began her fitness career in 1982. Having packed fitness classes for years, Debra is renowned for her ability to give fitness results with a tried and true formula utilizing only the best protocols.

She became a personal trainer in '95 and has maintained a waiting list since the beginning.  "It's one part movement, one part nutrition and one part attitude that creates the body you have always wanted!"

Debra has been certified by the American Council on Exercise since 1991 and has been a certified hypnotherapist since 2000.  She also maintains current certifications from various recognized nutrition sources.
